Student Accessibility Services

Sault College is committed to expanding its access and support to people of all abilities, by having as its goal a barrier-free learning and working environment to enable academic and employment success.

The Student Accessibility Services office is located in the Student Support Centre and is the centralized point of activities related to students with disabilities. Disabilities include visual and hearing impairments, physical and mobility limitations, medical and mental health disorders as well as learning disabilities.

We'll guide you through the self-identification and accommodations process to assist you with receiving appropriate accommodations for your disability and needs.
If you have an Identified Learning Disability, you can get settled in before classes with this free transitional program before classes start.
Learn about specialized assistance that is available from Learning Strategists, including access to assistive technology, if you have a documented disability.
We are committed to providing equitable testing opportunities for all students. If you have testing accommodations, the Testing Centre offers specialized support.
